is the Chairman and co-founder of BlueChip.  He brings more than 35 years of experience leading highly successful specialty lines underwriting and broker operations.  After several years as a financial institutions underwriting manager at AIG, Scott enjoyed a very successful seventeen-year run with Gulf Insurance, where he was responsible for over $600M in gross written premium including numerous MGA and program operations.  Scott was involved in one of the earliest Transactional Risk facilities for Representations & Warranties insurance.


is the President & Chief Operating Officer of BlueChip.   He possesses more than 30 years of experience leading specialty claims, underwriting and distribution operations.  A graduate of Georgetown University Law School, Steve led the management and professional lines client advisory operations for two major U.S. brokers before co-founding BlueChip.   Steve has successfully structured some of the largest and most complex management and professional liability insurance claim workouts.


is a Senior Vice President and Underwriter with BlueChip.  He is a highly experienced attorney and Transactional Risk underwriter with significant expertise in Representation & Warranties and Contingent Liability insurance products.  Ben graduated from Northeastern Law School before starting in private practice in Boston doing a wide range of commercial litigation including bankruptcy restructurings, private equity, employment law, healthcare and intellectual property.  He later served as insurance counsel at a Boston-based law firm handling Transactional Risk insurance claims before moving into insurance underwriting.   Ben is highly respected by leading insurance brokers and law firms for his deep knowledge of merger and acquisition risk issues and his tremendous service commitment.


is a Vice President and Underwriter with BlueChip.  He is an accomplished attorney with private practice experience at major law firms.  Chris most recently specialized in mergers & acquisitions, loan agreements and venture capital financing.  He has led all phases of transactions, including the drafting and negotiations of purchase agreements and various financing documents.  During his time in private practice, Chris has represented many of the top-tier commercial banks, as well as some leading financial sponsors, in a variety of financing transactions.  Chris also spent six months on secondment with Global Infrastructure Partners, a private equity firm.
